Characteristic

The triconical sprayer is specific form of the fluid distributor used to distribute the liquid evenly on the surfaces of packing package in the columns of the heat and mass processes.

The individual character of the sprayer, distinguishing it from other devices of this type, gives it a unique shape, choose materials and process qualities.

The triconical sprayer  is offered in stainless steel stainless steel or plastic, with threads:

1 ¼ ", 2" and 2 ½ ".

Triconical sprayer is a serially arranged three conical elements of different diameters which results in three profiles evenly spraying the surface. Edges tapered elements are folded triangular cuts causing dispersion of liquid flowing stream. Conical elements have different center holes, which allows for an appropriate distribution of liquid feed stream sprinkler.

Triconical sprayer can be used for standard liquids and viscous liquids under moderate pressure liquid feed.
